🎯 Requirements

2+ years hand tool, welding, or related shop/industrial experience.
Experience with plasma table programming/operating, band saw, chop saw, drilling and milling.
Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings; measure parts with standard tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; safety-conscious.
