Welding Inspectors - Short Term Contract - Fort McMurray

📋 Description

• Inspect, test, and evaluate weld processes, welding, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related
• Material verification and supervision of dimensional checks.
• Collect and verify documentation against ITP; review WPS/PQR and issue corrective action
• Inspect welds, review procedures, and perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Witness NDT (UT, PT, MT, RT) and verify results; witness PWHT and pressure testing when applicable.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and observe welding and preheating procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• CWB Level 2 (minimum).
• 5–10 years of industrial welding inspection experience; 5 years in turnaround/shutdowns/site
• Experience inspecting welds on pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
• Experience witnessing NDE tests (UT/PT/MT/RT) and verifying test reports.
