📋 Description

• In-Charge for well testing equipment and crew.
• Participate in training and evaluation of testing operators.
• Ensure service meets client satisfaction and adherence to HSE rules.
• Enforce permits to work, JSA, and attendance records before operations.
• Know emergency response plan and stop-work authority when required.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings and ensure staff understand duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Profile: strong technical and soft skills; oil field experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s 3+ yrs, Diploma 5 yrs, or Secondary 10 yrs relative exp.
• Required Skills: QHSE practices, client interaction, computer skills, SGS ethics, leadership
