Own the day-to-day management of communications priorities, partnering with the Head of
Build and maintain comms calendars, trackers, and agendas for announcements, media moments, and
Coordinate internal workflows across announcements, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and
Develop and deepen relationships with tech reporters, AI beat reporters, newsletter writers
Support planning and execution of announcement launches end-to-end, from strategy through
Draft pitches, media briefs, talking points, and prep documents for effective positioning

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree in related or adjacent field
5-7 years of tech/AI or corporate communications experience
Strong understanding of the tech/AI, startup, and SF media landscape
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and communications skills
