WiFi SW Director

📋 Description

• Lead WiFi engineering to deliver production WiFi capabilities across firmware, drivers, validation
• Own release readiness, quality gates, regression strategy, and go/no-go reviews.
• Partner with Silicon/ASIC, RF, Systems, QA, Security, Product, Manufacturing, and Customer
• Build and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations (US, Canada, Taiwan, India).
• Drive AI-centric network self-healing and autonomous networking initiatives.
• Oversee lab automation, CI/regression modernization, and KPI dashboard development.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in wireless or connectivity engineering with strong WiFi depth.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of WiFi 6/6E/7 and next-gen standards.
• Experience delivering WiFi in production environments across devices and gateways.
• Firmware (C/C++ embedded) and/or Linux, Android, or Windows drivers knowledge.
• Familiarity with OpenWrt, QSDK, Broadcom SDK, MediaTek SDK, prplOS and EasyMesh/802.11s.
