Windows Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop the Tailscale product, focusing on Windows client using WinUI/Windows App SDK
• Collaborate on client code (C#, XAML) and backend services; Go expertise helpful but not required
• Contribute to cross-platform code supporting macOS, mobile, and other core client platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Four or more years of software development experience
• Strong understanding of Windows platform capabilities and limitations
• Proficiency in C# and modern UI frameworks (WinUI/UWP/WPF)
• Experience with networking concepts - DNS, VPNs, IP networking, routing
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and asynchronously
