📋 Description

• Lead a R&D team responsible for Windows OS internals and low-level system development.
• Drive technical architecture, design, and delivery of Windows-based components.
• Provide hands-on leadership in C++, Windows internals, debugging, and performance.
• Mentor engineers and foster engineering excellence across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Review architecture and code to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in C++ software development.
• Strong expertise in Windows OS internals and low-level system programming.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams, gained in the last two positions.
• Proven experience mentoring, managing, and developing R&D engineers.
• Deep understanding of Windows architecture, memory management, processes, threads, services, drivers, and debugging methodologies.
• Experience with kernel-mode development or Windows driver development is a strong advantage.
