📋 Description

• Manage high-volume ticket inbox for site requests (content updates, layout changes, landing pages)
• Implement WP changes: themes, templates, CSS/HTML, and PHP/JS
• Quality control: test across devices/browsers; verify links, forms, menus
• Draft client-facing summaries of completed work for internal review
• Collaborate with developers and account managers to clarify requirements
• Flag technical risks and opportunities to improve templates and processes
• Maintain clean, secure, organized code and site structure across portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Professional WordPress development with themes, child themes, plugins, and CPTs
• HTML5, CSS3, and PHP/JavaScript
• Page builders: Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg
• Experience managing multiple client WordPress sites
• Strong attention to detail; self-QA before handoff
• Remote work experience; fluent with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
