📋 Description

  • Deliver in-person and virtual workshops on Work and Family Life topics.
  • Provide one-on-one consultations for deployments, relocation, and employment support.
  • Offer location-specific information and referrals via multiple channels.
  • Provide disaster/crisis preparedness guidance at worldwide locations.
  • Assist aboard Navy ships with events and Return and Reunion activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in social science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience presenting to groups in person and online.
  • Experience delivering virtual training and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of Fleet and Family Support Programs and related areas.
  • Strong technical skills with Outlook, Teams, video conf, CRM/PM tools.
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot PC/AV equipment.
