Workday Analyst (PATT) (Remote)

📋 Description

• Partner with internal teams to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of
• Maximize system efficiencies to meet strategic/operational needs; serve as SME for Payroll
• Design and support integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio) with
• Develop reports, dashboards, and worklets; configure security and data access across modules.
• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting on payroll accounting, GL posting, and reconciliations.
• Work with stakeholders to improve processes and support system changes across PATT modules.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience implementing/supporting Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and/or Time
• Strong understanding of absence plans, time entry templates, calculations, and scheduling
• Experience with Workday implementation tools: EIB, Workday Studio, Report Writer, Core Connectors
• Excellent Excel and database reporting/analysis skills; strong communication and stakeholder
