Workday Configuration Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday processes, rules, fields, security, and
• Advise HR partners on functionality and process design.
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment for Workday enhancements and modules.
• Support Workday Payroll for Canada and related areas.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical/config issues escalated from support.
• Develop and maintain HR reports/dashboards for operations and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time Workday analyst/configuration experience in a large org.
• Hands-on Workday config in Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll.
• Experience with workflows, rules, reports, and security.
• Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic env.
• Excellent communication with non-technical audiences.
