Senior Workday Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimisation of Workday solutions
Own complex functional/technical topics and guide junior consultants
Lead workshops with stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years as a Workday Consultant (HRIS, LMS, or Performance Appraisal)
Mandatory Workday Core HCM certification; additional certifications desirable
Strong HR processes knowledge and Workday configuration experience
Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading workshops and guiding teams
English proficient; must be on-site 5 days/week in UK
