Workday FIN Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead Workday Financial Management projects and provide functional expertise throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design
• Conduct discovery/design sessions with vendors to understand business needs.
• Configure and support Workday FIN functionality with strong financial process knowledge.
• Design and develop complex Workday FIN reports for insights and decision making.
• Prepare functional designs, specs, and docs for Workday solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on Workday experience.
• Workday FIN Core certification required; additional FIN certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management and related FIN area.
• Experience designing/developing complex Workday FIN reports.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional solutions.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and collaborating with technical teams.
