Workday Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• Maintain and improve a global HR technology platform.
• Hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, change management, and operational support.
• Develop deep expertise in one or more functional modules while supporting the broader platform.
• Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, security, performance, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong experience with at least one of the following Workday modules: Recruiting, Learning, or
• Experience configuring Workday Business Processes, Calculated Fields, EIBs (Inbound and Outbound)
• In-depth understanding of Workday data structures, business objects, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience with Workday Security or Integrations is desirable.
• Understanding of downstream integrations, data flows, and impact on connected systems.
