Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Recruiting solutions.
• Facilitate discovery, gather requirements, design solutions, prototypes and workshops.
• Support Workday implementations with testing, data conversion, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with integration consultants for Workday integrations.
• Advise clients on scalable recruiting improvements and long-term performance.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Workday Partner certification in Recruiting and/or Workday HCM.
• 2–4+ years configuring and implementing Workday Recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior consulting experience in software/enterprise tech.
• Experience with Workday or other HCM platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong recruiting, HR ops, and Workday best practices knowledge.
