• Design, develop, implement, support, and optimize architecture strategies aligning tech with

• Specify and design large or complex systems; select architecture standards, methods, tools.
• Develop architecture models, component requirements, and implementation specs; advise teams on
• Translate user needs and constraints into effective, sustainable solutions.
• Lead improvement initiatives and ensure changes deliver measurable benefits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in healthcare, CS, informatics or related; 8+ years in system analysis; or high school
• Workday: 5–7 years hands-on experience; strong enterprise systems understanding
• Healthcare experience preferred; complex clinical/administrative systems intersection
• Technical architecture: data integration, roadmaps, workflow architecture
• Systems thinking: holistically assess design, strategy, dependencies, performance
• Strategic problem solving; analytical, risk identification, practical solutions
