Workday US Payroll and Benefits Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll and Benefits modules for US employees
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure compliant payroll processing
• Test system changes and updates across Workday releases
• Support integrations between Workday and third-party vendors
• Prepare payroll and benefits reports, audits, and reconciliations
• Provide first-level support to US HR on payroll and Workday functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years with Workday Payroll/Benefits for US population
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax rules, wage and hour laws, and benefits compliance
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, rules, and security
• Workday Payroll or Benefits certification (optional)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and good communication in English
