📋 Description

  • Lead and support workers' compensation claims staff to achieve quality, productivity, service, and

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 5 years of workers' compensation claims handling experience.
  • Current workers' compensation claims license or equivalent certification; state licensure as
  • Strong claims administration, case management, and cost-containment knowledge.
  • Proven ability to guide and develop team members; strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
