Workflow + Process Designer (AI Enablement)

📋 Description

• Redesign cross-functional processes end to end across Foundations teams.
• Architect multi-system workflows spanning Notion, Slack, email, and data sources.
• Design for failure with clear controls and auditability.
• Embed AI with human-in-the-loop patterns and define where AI assists and audits.
• Build and maintain custom agents, skills, and runbooks for intake, triage, routing, and reporting.
• Instrument shipped work with metrics and data-driven iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• Process and systems design depth with 2–6 years’ experience.
• Complex workflow design across multiple tools with auditability.
• Process mapping discipline using journey maps, blueprints, SOPs.
• AI-native builder mindset with experience in AI assistants/agents.
• Lightweight automation using Notion agents, integrations, APIs/webhooks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder judgment; comfortable with ambiguity.
