Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) Application Consultant (Verint Speech Analytics)

📋 Description

• Lead implementation, optimization, and strategic adoption of Verint Speech Analytics within Five9
• Consult with contact center leaders to align analytics insights with KPIs, compliance, and customer
• Design, build, and tune speech analytics categories, queries, and dashboards in Verint systems.
• Train clients on interpreting dashboards and managing cloud configurations.
• Analyze unstructured data to identify root causes of friction and inform WEM initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing/managing speech/interaction analytics in Verint Cloud.
• Verint Accreditation in Speech Analytics (current or in progress).
• Experience with other Speech Analytics tools and contact center consulting.
• Strong client-facing communication; ability to translate data into business strategy.
