📋 Description

WEM Platform Engineer duties for Five9 cloud envs
Coordinate deployments, migrations, and integrations
Act as technical liaison with internal teams and vendors

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in CS or related field
3–5 years in CCaaS/UCaaS or Sys Analyst roles
WEM migrations experience with Verint Cloud Services
API integrations (Twilio, Workday) and data mapping
QA, UAT, and testing expertise
Strong debugging and incident coordination skills
