🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with data, KPIs and workforce planning experience.
• Experience in workforce management, resource planning or similar environments.
• Affinity with WFM/WFO tooling and complex scheduling.
• Experience with project delivery, process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication with operational and senior stakeholders.
