Working Student Finance | Student Contract (Umowa Zlecenie) (m/f/d) - based in Warsaw

📋 Description

• Support credit collection with customers via email and phone.
• Own reporting and accounting: postings, cash application, bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and stakeholders for smooth ops.
• Assist in continuous improvement and Shared Service Center initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks to achieve KPIs.
• Support standard operations and projects with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, or related degree.
• Strong organizational skills; adaptable to change.
• Excellent English and Polish (C1/C2) required.
• Eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
• Experience/knowledge in helpdesk, Excel, or KPI reporting is a plus.
• Willing to work in-office 3 days/week (Tue–Thu) in Warsaw.
