📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs with global scope
• Drive delivery from inception through ongoing operation and improvement
• Develop and maintain program policies, processes, playbooks, and standards
• Lead cross-functional workstreams ensuring priorities are aligned and delivered
• Identify gaps in current programs and proactively develop solutions
• Build and scale tooling, workflows, and resources to improve employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in program management or related field
• Proven track record delivering multiple complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience managing programs with global reach across functions and regions
• Strong systems thinking and process design; clarity in ambiguity
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority across teams
• Proficiency with program tools (Airtable, JIRA); familiarity with AI tools
