Workplace Services Site Lead

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day facilities management, operations, workplace experience, and events in Bangalore.
• Ensure offices are functional, safe, and provide a seamless employee experience.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Safety & Security, IT, Communications, and other teams to deliver
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage requests, assign work orders, track progress, and close tasks on time.
• Oversee vendor management, asset management, inspections, and budget for local operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Facilities Management & Operations or related fields; strong
• Experience with AI integration in work processes is a plus.
• Certifications such as FMP, BOMA, IWFM or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across levels and teams.
• Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS software, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours as needed and manage multiple priorities.
