Workplace Technology Operation (Contractor), Dublin

📋 Description

• Notion is seeking a Workplace Technology Operation contractor for our Dublin office. 12–18 month
• Provide exceptional technical support for Dublin/EMEA employees across hardware, software
• Maintain employee lifecycle workflows: provisioning, device prep, inventory hygiene, procurement
• Improve SOPs, self-service resources, and support practices to scale operations beyond one person.
• Identify and improve at least one recurring support workflow using AI or lightweight automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Workplace, People, Security, DART, and global IT teams on

🎯 Requirements

• English fluency with clear communication for Dublin and global teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
• Hands-on IT support across macOS/Windows, iOS/Android, conference room AV, networking basics
• Experience with SaaS, identity, collaboration, and endpoint tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Atlassian, Zendesk, Notion).
• Strong judgment on access, endpoint hygiene, documentation, security escalation with Corp
