Workplace Technology Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain and improve reliability across devices, collaboration systems, and workplace tech.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, security, networking, and internal teams to diagnose
• Translate recurring problems into scalable solutions via standardization, automation, and
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise AI platforms and AI-enabled workplace tech; escalate when
• Onsite work in Boston or Pawtucket; travel may be required for offsite events/shows.
• Deliver automation-focused solutions to keep employees productive and systems reliable.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments or workplace tech.
• Experience with Windows and macOS; hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices support.
• Experience supporting collaboration tools, productivity platforms, and workplace tech environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools or enterprise IT management platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge: DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and authentication workflows.
• Experience using service management platforms such as ServiceNow; excellent documentation skills.
