Yield Engineer, RF Final Test Integration (Starlink/Akoustis)

📋 Description

• Develop RF test solutions for 2 GHz to >10 GHz BAW filters
• Correlate wafer data with final RF test results to identify root causes
• Improve test workflows across wafer probe and final test operations
• Collaborate with design teams on DFM and yield optimization
• Lead and mentor test operators and maintain test docs
• Install and qualify new test tools and expand capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related STEM
• 1+ years in RF testing, yield engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing
