Youth Talent Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver workforce development, career readiness, and employment services to youth 16-24.
• Assess skills, interests, and develop individualized employment/education plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching to support placement, retention, and advancement.
• Support career exploration, life skills, job readiness, and job search assistance.
• Develop and maintain participant relationships; monitor progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate services with community partners to enhance participant support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, workforce development, education, counseling, psychology, or
• Minimum 2 years of experience with youth, workforce development, or related field.
• Knowledge of workforce development principles, career pathways, and youth engagement strategies.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; flexible scheduling.
