Help teams adopt YouTrack best practices: projects, fields, automation.
Own and maintain automation modules; improve quality and performance.
Gather requirements; map needs to YouTrack capabilities; propose architecture.
Collaborate with the development team; contribute to internal docs and training.

🎯 Requirements

JavaScript and/or TypeScript knowledge.
REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns understanding.
Git experience.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Excellent communication; explain complex topics clearly.
Able to work independently and multitask.
