🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of creator experience creating YouTube or digital video content.
• Deep YouTube fluency: CTR, retention, watch time, recommendations, analytics.
• Proven organic results with videos that drive views.
• Packaging instincts: strong titles and thumbnails.
• Scripting and on-camera skills, with excellent English.
• Obsession with the platform and high-output ownership with AI curiosity.
