YouTube Podcast Producer (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own per-episode execution and longform YouTube packaging for podcast portfolio
• Write show notes and YouTube descriptions, create thumbnail briefs, and ensure on-time, fully
• Report performance across Megaphone, YouTube Studio, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Veritonic
• Manage packaging frameworks to optimize for search and discovery
• Support launch of a Smart Travel YouTube channel and potential portfolio expansion
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, designers, and marketing managers to ship episodes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on podcast and/or YouTube production experience
• Experience with podcast hosting and analytics platforms (Megaphone, Apple Podcasts, Spotify for
• Hands-on with SEO/keyword tools for podcasts/YouTube (Ausha, vidIQ) or similar
• Ability to manage recurring publishing schedules and cross-functional deliverables
• Experience with personal finance or regulated editorial environments is a plus
• Strong writing skills for show notes, descriptions, and metadata
