Zendesk Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Zendesk implementations (discovery to go-live).
• Configure Zendesk Support, Guide, Explore, Chat, Talk, AI, automation.
• Design scalable workflows, routing, SLAs, macros, triggers, dashboards.
• Translate business needs into Zendesk solutions; align with objectives.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering/CS to deliver projects.
• Remote work across US/European time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years Zendesk implementation or related field.
• Hands-on with Zendesk modules: Support, Guide, Explore, Chat, Talk; workflows, SLAs, automations
• Strong requirements gathering, consulting, stakeholder mgmt; excellent English.
• Agile delivery experience; able to work with global, distributed teams.
• Familiarity with integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, ServiceNow) beneficial.
• Zendesk certifications preferred.
