THE OPPORTUNITY
 

Requirements

Our client is an SEO and Web Dev agency with a multitude of case studies in interesting niches.

The Challenge: We want to send mass outreach sequences to potential prospects, but we need high-quality lead lists in the fastest-growing SMB niches. We need to book more sales appointments by creating BESPOKE lead lists of 1,000-5,000 high-quality opportunities.

Here is The Solution. You will:

- Identify buying triggers (the what) and lead buckets (the where), so that we can capture high-intent leads at their perfect time to buy. For example, a recruiting agency for growth marketers would find potential clients on the yCombinator job board - marketing section (lead bucket AKA the where) and use relevant messaging to address their current problem - need growth leadership, help smashing sales quotas, reach a certain sales $ level to get next round of funding, etc. (buying trigger AKA the what).

- Use scraping tools (like Phantombuster) to extract relevant leads grouped by bead bucket and buying trigger because leads will be added to specific email blasting sequences based on their group name.

- Use lead enrichment tools (like Icy Leads) to augment lead data with relevant information to help us personalize our outreach sequences (i.e. extracting LinkedIn about/bio text – from a list of LinkedIn profile URLs – and writing the extracted text to a Google Sheet, and then we use the about/bio text and OpenAI API to personalize the opening lines of each email sequence).

- Use automation tools (like Zapier to Lemlist/Instantly) to automate the scraping/email blasting process once we have identified a profitable lead bucket/buying trigger and email sequence combination. We could use time-based or other triggers.

- Help document our results: organize A/B sequences and lead bucket/buying trigger combinations, so that we have a system of understanding the results of our efforts (i.e. group by the lead bucket/buying trigger combination, and then understand which sequences are being tested - and how many sends, opens, replies, and successes each sequence has. We could include other information like date, etc. Can use a tool like Airtable, Notion, etc.
