Position SummaryAs one of our first Solutions Engineers, you will work closely with our Product Engineering and Go To Market teams on enterprise customer deployments. You’ll be involved in the initial scoping and building of enterprise workflows, and take ownership of the technical pieces once a customer is through the Pilot phase. You’ll help enterprise customers improve existing workflows and expand their use of the Adept product to new workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, loves to talk directly to customers, and thrives in an early stage and ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers, understanding their unique workflows and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Translate complex customer workflows into model prompts and TypeScript code, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Prototype, test, and refine AI-driven solutions, working in tandem with our Human Feedback team for real-world evaluations.
- Present solutions to customers, gather insightful feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Monitor customer engagement and success metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Contribute to regular status updates with customers, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Contribute to product and model enhancements by providing valuable feedback to our Engineering and Research teams.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages (preferably TypeScript).
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving prowess.
- Passion for AI and its potential to transform how people work, coupled with a commitment to safe and ethical AI practices.
The pay range for this position in California is $150,000- $190,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
