Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Channel Manager to oversee and manage the EMEA territory. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, own, support, and manage all channel partners relationships in EMEA. Your goal is to establish and maintain a great relationship that produces tangible sales and GTM results   
  • Recruit new Partners to cover the growing needs of the Anaconda Community
  • Serve as the main point on all things channel partners from product and sales support questions to helping the partner close deals
  • Lead and collaborate with these partners, identifying new market opportunities and execute on these opportunities 
  • Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms and repeatable processes for channel partnerships 
  • You will have the responsibility of building out channel relationships and GTM strategies in new markets and geographies 
  • Partner with sales to identify emerging needs and channel partner opportunities  
  • Optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach with Anaconda’s top partners.
  • Ability to lead and track tasks, activities, and metrics with internal resources and partners and provide visibility to the senior leadership team on a regular basis
  • Lead and improve program operational & reporting procedures (activities, goals, results, etc.)
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Sales Engineers, Professional Services and Account Teams during the lifecycle of the Partnership from ramp-up through delivery

 

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of sales, partner and/or channel manager experience.
  • Experience in developing and supporting partnerships and revenue-generating partner relationships and sales 
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, regional integrators, technology partners, and global system integrators.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, customer support, or account management, and experience achieving quarterly goals.
  • Experience in one or more: AI technology, data science, data analysis, DevSecOps, strategy, operations, project management, program management, or platform integrations.
  • Strong technology aptitude -- you don’t need to be an expert but willing to learn.
  • Proficient in SaaS and Cloud platforms
  • The goal is that you will be able to serve your partners and answer GTM and technical questions that may arise!
