JOB SUMMARY 

The Integrated Marketing Director is responsible for managing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that span various channels and platforms. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative vision, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign concepts align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Partner with the strategy team on managing the comms calendar to ensure strategic in-market flighting of messaging.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments, including our US Strategy, and International teams, to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that mid, lower-funnel, and lifecycle marketing efforts, produced outside of the marketing team, strategically align with the broader marketing strategic approach.
  • Be the ‘face’ of the marketing team internally and act as the point of contact for all inbound marketing requests; evaluating requests against strategic approaches, initiating plans (as appropriate), and consulting with teams on marketing related items. 

Performance Analysis:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Support initiatives to gather deep customer insights through various methodologies.
  • Monitor competitor movements by conducting market analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of robust reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns, ensuring insights are leveraged for continuous optimization.
  • Lead the development of a creative learning agenda and a systematic approach to creative optimization, continually refining marketing creative and strategies.

External Partnerships:

  • Engage and build relationships with external partners, celebrities, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand reach and impact. 
  • Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations with external creative, production, and research vendors. 
  • Partner with platforms/publishers to stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behaviors and continuously integrate innovative ideas and practices into marketing strategies to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure that marketing intelligence is integrated across all marketing initiatives, enhancing decision-making processes and driving more effective marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends, especially within the social media space, integrating innovative ideas and practices into marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the creative, production, and research budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates who have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in integrated campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.

We prefer candidates who also have:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Prior exposure to international markets and global marketing strategies.
  • Certifications or additional training in marketing, leadership, or related areas.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative marketing.

In addition, candidates must:

  • Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Be willing to travel a minimum of two times per year for team events

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000-$135,000. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, and skillset.
