The base salary range for this role is $88,000 per year - $132,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

Fanatics is seeking a motivated, team-oriented state compliance analyst with 2-4+ years of applicable experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory operations role (gaming industry experience preferred, but not required). The State Compliance Analyst will report to the Director, State Compliance and will support compliance efforts across the Fanatics Betting & Gaming business.

Responsibilities

Become a state compliance subject matter expert in multiple jurisdictions

Track regulatory requirements and work with internal business teams to satisfy those requirements

Assist business teams in developing procedures and processes to satisfy regulatory obligations

Maintain and revise, as needed, the Company’s regulatory internal controls

Build and maintain relationships with gaming regulators in multiple jurisdictions

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license is a requirement for this role

2-4+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory operations experience, preferably in the online gaming industry or other highly regulated industry

Ability to exercise sound judgment, act independently, and become a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements are of critical importance

A team player willing to roll up their sleeves and work to build the leading digital gaming company in the market

Strong analytical and drafting skills

Experience communicating with senior management and government authorities

Self-starter that enjoys a startup atmosphere
