We're looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance and nurture Hostinger’s learning culture. You’ll work within the Learning and Development team to ensure Hostinger employees build skills, knowledge, and competencies that will enable them to perform at a high level.

What will you do:

  • Ensure timely & convenient communication about the learning opportunities and tools.
  • Handle training requests, by purchasing & administering needed learning platforms, subscriptions, memberships.
  • Organize language courses, various internal and external training programmes.
  • Facilitate new hires onboarding and other internal training programmes.
  • Administer current Learning management system, by creating and adding new e-learning content, support colleagues on reporting requests.
  • Track and capture what learning colleagues have undergone, monitor L&D metrics and iterate upon programs and courses for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze people's development needs and propose timely and intentional learning solutions.
  • Partner with members of the Learning & Development and People teams to identify, develop, and deliver solutions that support the growth of our team members and Hostinger's success.
  • Nurture Hostinger's work principles by incorporating them into L&D initiatives, processes, and communication.
  • What we expect:

  • 2+ years of work experience in the areas of organizational development, organizing (and delivering - not a must) training and learning offerings.
  • Passion for personal development, training, learning, and seeing individuals develop to their fullest potential.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Constantly learn and seek ways to improve yourself and others.
  • Exceptional English skills, both in speaking and writing.
