Knix is on the hunt for a CRM & Retention Marketing Coordinator! This individual will be responsible for briefing, building, and deploying campaigns supporting our

loyalty and referral programs. In addition, this role will focus on post-campaign analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams ensuring the effective execution of loyalty & referral initiatives.

You like interpreting numbers and data into actionable insights and applying the learnings.The ideal candidate will understand the importance of permission-based campaigns (mostly email marketing, but this can also include SMS marketing and referral programs) in supporting digital marketing revenue targets.

  • The Opportunity

  • Assist in the implementation and management of our loyalty program.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for program optimization.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of loyalty initiatives, providing regular reports.
  • Support the development and execution of promotional activities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the coordination of customer engagement events or campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs.
  • Work closely with the loyalty manager to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Embrace the test and iterate mindset.
  • Play an active role in devising, executing, and analyzing tests.
  • Manage the upkeep of the testing calendar and results.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment.

    Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience, experience with email & SMS marketing, and CRM operations is a bonus.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced, environment.
  • Background or understanding of customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Enthusiasm is a must.
  • Previous experience with ESPs and Shopify is an asset.
