The Opportunity

The Product Creative Studio (PCS) team partners with content creators, game developers and distributors to define how the content is creatively represented on Netflix to members around the world. Our purpose is to deliver the most compelling discovery experience through artwork, video, and copy to connect our millions of global subscribers to the mobile games they love.

At Netflix, we have an insatiable need to continually improve our Product experience and the creative elements that support it, and the Product Creative Studio Producer will sit at the crux of this effort.

The Role

As PCS Asset Post Producer you will have a unique opportunity to facilitate the creation of promotional assets alongside Strategists and the Creative team while working with Game Developers and internal partners. This role is a unique position that blends project management and strategic thinking to build our new workflows and refine current ones with partners. Being highly organized, efficient, collaborative, partnership-focused, and possessing an eye for detail as well as understanding creative strategy execution is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively project manage multiple game launch assets and timelines with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate sourcing, development, and production.
  • Oversee impeccable delivery of creative assets art and Product Art while making sure projects stay on schedule and on strategy.
  • Confirm developer-delivered in-game assets and builds are available as needed and suitable for production.
  • QC artwork and AV deliverables, from both internal and external creatives.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to slate, forecast, and maintain production schedules for internal creative teams.
  • Manage risk across the portfolio and define escalation and pivot strategies as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule kick-offs and briefing sessions for internal creative teams and external creative agencies.
  • Proactively maintain production milestones and deadlines by updating tracking documents, production calendars, and work management tools.
  • Manage the delivery and archive process for internal projects.
  • Support and develop systems & processes that maximize team members' productivity.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the current operational workflow
  • Communicate directly with developers to procure missing or updated assets
  • Collaborate with PCS/Creative to ensure timely and Product-spec-accurate delivery of conceptual locked assets for Product.
  • Have a strong understanding of Artwork and Video Specs and have the ability to review delivered creative elements for tech spec disparities (supplemental).
  • Build and strengthen relationships with other teams in PDP Games to refine and scale impact
  • You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience guiding creative development and implementation of static imagery and AV assets. Mobile Game asset design or project management experience a plus
  • Exemplary organizational skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
  • Experience using a Digital Asset Management system or similar tools to propagate and track assets through an operational workflow.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity and passion for games
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with both technical and creative partners.
  • Must be capable and conversant in all aspects of a digital creative and image production workflow.
  • Effective at giving honest and direct feedback.
  • Proactive self-starter, who does not need to be told what to do and will be resourceful in order to find solutions to any challenge. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

  • Additional Information

    Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000-$350,000.
