As an Expert Product Manager for Sword's mental health initiatives, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of innovative, user-centric digital mental health products that drive high patient engagement. Your products will be instrumental in achieving significant, reliable improvements in our patients' mental health outcomes while ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

What you need to have:

A drive to achieve and a relentless commitment to excellence.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and strategies effectively to a diverse array of stakeholders.

Deep empathy for our mission and the users we serve, ensuring that our product truly resonates with their needs.

A solid understanding of the principles behind engaging products and the ability to apply these to create compelling user experiences.

Robust technical acumen to understand and guide product development intricately.

Proven experience as a systems thinker, showcasing the ability to oversee and design within complex ecosystems.

A track record of making data-driven decisions to guide product strategy and improvements.

At least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field.

What we would love to see:

A creative mindset, capable of ideating innovative solutions to user engagement and retention challenges.

Experience in consumer health applications, although not mandatory, could set your application apart.

A history of successful product launches that have demonstrably changed user behavior and business outcomes.

Evidence of ongoing professional development in the fields of technology, psychology, or design thinking.
