We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Manager to join our Customer Education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading teams to empower users through education, possess a strong background in curriculum development, and have experience with customer and partner education for enterprise SaaS. As the Curriculum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the curriculum roadmap, and managing the team to create and deliver educational programs tailored to our diverse user base.

About the role 
  • Location: Remote-first (United States)

  • Exempt status
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $129,900 in our lowest geographic market up to $184,600 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reporting to the Sr. Director, Education

As a Curriculum Manager, you’ll 

  • Define the curriculum roadmap for Webflow users, including customers, service providers, and partners, including product training, role-based training, new features, best practices, expert-level knowledge, and certification programs.
  • Manage team of instructional designers/curriculum developers to deliver high-quality self-paced and instructor-led content. 
  • Oversee the development of engaging learning at scale, including video, interactive experiences, text, hands-on learning, and assessments.
  • Manage the delivery of educational programs through various channels, including online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, instructor-led sessions, and self-paced modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of educational initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of customer training needs and preferences through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data analysis, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through metrics, such as customer satisfaction, knowledge retention, product adoption, and time to proficiency. Continuously iterate and improve the curriculum based on feedback, learner performance, and industry developments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer education and instructional design.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Curriculum Manager if you have:

  • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related roles, preferably for an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Experience leading teams, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and educational technologies. And a willingness to flex beyond traditional ID best practices.
  • Proficiency with Webflow, or are willing and able to become familiar with the technology.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Creative problem solving skills with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
