📋 Description

• Manage daily team operations, including work planning, team management, and performance monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor) or equivalent in a relevant field
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a field officer or enumerator
• Skills in qualitative and quantitative field data collection
• Excellent one-on-one communication skills with beneficiaries on the field
• Ability to work in insecure environments with exceptional stress resistance and under pressure
• Proven leadership skills and success working in a gender-diverse team
