Remotely is run by a small team, so we keep the number of ways to reach us short and specific. Whether you are a candidate who spotted a broken listing, an employer weighing up a job post, a journalist working on a story about remote work, or a developer building on our API, the addresses below are the fastest way to reach us.

We do not operate a phone line. Email keeps a written record of what was asked and what we promised, which matters when the question is about a paid job listing, a refund, or a request to remove personal data.

General enquiries

Anything about the job board itself: a listing that looks wrong, a company profile that needs correcting, partnership ideas, or press and media questions. This is the right address if you are not sure where else to write.

Help with your candidate or recruiter account, job alerts you cannot unsubscribe from, a job post you have paid for, invoices, and refunds. Include the email address on the account so we can find it.

Data & privacy requests

Access, correction and deletion requests under GDPR and UK data protection law go to our Privacy Officer at the general address. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and why.

Remotely (tryremotely.com) is operated by Axel Grubba Services. The board was formerly known as Empllo, and the two names refer to the same service. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set out the rest: who is responsible for the service, how disputes are handled, and what we do with your data.
