1:1 Home Care Nurse (RN)

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 client care in home settings.
• Travel to a local client home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Work with autonomy in the home with BAYADA support.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma)
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
