1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Travel to a client home on your chosen schedule.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum five months of LPN experience.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
