📋 Description

• Travel to one client near you.
• Follow up with doctors' orders; document care.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide one-to-one client care with autonomy in home and school.
• On-call support for clinical and administrative questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).
• Ability to travel to client homes.
