📋 Description

• Own design for assigned fragrance collections and brand systems across SKUs, sizes, and substrates
• Build distinct visual territories: color palettes, typography, finishes, pattern/illustration
• Show real stylistic range—luxury, masstige, mass, clean/clinical, vintage apothecary, Y2K/Gen Z
• Translate trends and cultural signals into commercially strong, retailer-ready designs with clear
• Create on-pack architecture (brand, line, variant, claims, regulatory) that balances beauty with
• Design comps and mockups that sell the story: on-pack, secondary, merchandising, e-comm

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in packaging and brand design (CPG/beauty/fragrance or adjacent), ideally with
• Strong visual craft: typography, composition, hierarchy, and color systems; portfolio shows breadth
• Proven ability to turn direction into distinctive, scalable on-pack systems.
• Clear presenter and storyteller; can defend choices with consumer and commercial logic.
• Collaborative, organized, and reliable under deadlines.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: (USD) $3,000 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
