Run day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest
Own the property P&L: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and hitting revenue and profit
Drive revenue with sales and revenue management (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, group and event business)
Keep guest satisfaction and service quality high; monitor reviews and resolve escalations
Hire, train, and lead department heads and staff; set performance goals and build a strong service
Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and brand or ownership standards

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of hotel management experience, with at least 2–3 years as GM or Assistant GM
Proven P&L ownership and budgeting experience
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales
Experience leading multi-department teams
Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)
Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
